Rajdeep Kaur Khakh receives suspended prison sentence for unlawful practice of medicine

On January 18, 2019, the BC Supreme Court ordered that Ms. Rajdeep Kaur Khakh serve a suspended sentence of 30 days in prison. This follows an admission by Ms. Khakh that she was in contempt of a March 22, 2018 consent order enjoining and prohibiting her from engaging in the practice of medicine.
